CAN FD at 8 Mbit

The pins that were formerly used for debugging are now CAN FD pins, putting FreeWili2 on the same bus as cars and industrial control systems. The interface supports the full 8 Mbit speed grade with SIC (Signal Improvement Capability), the highest tier defined by the CAN FD standard.
